Shipping Policy

ONZE items ship from our Montreal warehouse. Ô‑Marché items are fulfilled and shipped separately by our international partners.

Canada

Standard Shipping

• Orders under $99 = $9.95

• Orders of $99 or more = FREE

• Estimated delivery = 2–5 business days

Express Shipping

• All orders = $15

• Estimated delivery = 1–2 business days, depending on the destination

Express Shipping applies to ONZE items only.

United States

Standard Tracked Shipping

• Orders under US$99= US$14.95

• Orders of US$99 or more= FREE

• Estimated delivery= 4–10 business days

U.S. orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, brokerage or processing fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected at checkout or upon delivery.

If a parcel is refused or returned, any fees incurred will be deducted from the refund, where applicable. To better understand the duties and taxes that may apply to your order, we invite you to consult your local customs authority.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or other U.S. territories.

International

Shipping is available to selected destinations worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or customs fees. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable upon delivery.

Ô‑Marché

Ô‑Marché items are shipped directly from our international fulfilment partners.

• Estimated delivery: 8–19 business days

• Certain deliveries may take up to 24 business days

Orders containing both ONZE and Ô‑Marché items will arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Only one shipping fee is charged per order.
