How Returns Work
We pays for the return shipping label.
A $9.95 restocking fee per return package (not per item) is deducted from your refund.

Return eligibility is based on the date you received your order (carrier tracking):
Onze Montréal products: Must arrive at our return center within 30 days.
Ô-MARCHÉ Marketplace products: Must arrive within 60 days.
International orders: FINAL SALE — no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to finalize the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
International orders are not eligible for refunds.
