Please review the conditions below before submitting your return.

Select all the items you wish to return before submitting your request.
One prepaid return label is provided per request. A $9.95 return fee per label will be deducted from your refund. Separate return requests from the same order will each require a new label and an additional $9.95 fee.

The $9.95 return fee does not apply when an eligible online order is returned directly to our boutique.
Return Eligibility
The return period begins on the date your order is delivered, based on the carrier’s tracking information. For in-store pickup orders, it begins on the pickup date.
Eligible items must be returned within:
ONZE items: 30 days
Ô-MARCHÉ items: 60 days
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with their original tags attached.
International orders are final sale.
Final-Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items discounted by 50% or more

Jewelry, leggings, tights, and socks

Worn, washed, altered, or tagless items

Promotional gifts and gift cards

International orders
These conditions also apply to online orders picked up in store.
Refunds
Returns received at our return centre are processed within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.
Shipping fees paid on online orders are non-refundable, including when the order is returned at our boutique. Shipping fees are refunded only when the return results from an error on our part.
When a prepaid return label is used, the $9.95 return fee will be deducted from the refund.
Online Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders.
