How much does it cost to ship?

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the 'track this parcel' option or sign into your account.

 

What you should know:

  • We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. Due to a high volume periods, your order may take longer than anticipated.
  • If an item in your order is out of stock, we will process a refund for the item. Following the reimbursement, you will receive a confirmation email. If your order was initially over 99$ (before taxes), you will still have free shipping.
